How much does shipping cost?
  • We offer free shipping with tracking.
    How long does it take to receive my order?
    • We take 3 to 4 working days on average to process your order before dispatch, and estimated delivery time is 2 to 6 weeks once dispatched. Depending on your location, most of the time your order should arrive in 2 to 3 weeks, however, you should be aware that the delivery timeframe is an estimate only and delays are often unavoidable due to the nature of the shipping - this is balanced with our ability to offer free shipping with tracking.

        Do I have to have an account to place an order?
        • No, you do not need to have an account to place orders.
        What methods of payment do you accept?
        • We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
        How do I know that my order is confirmed?
        • Immediately after placing your order you should receive an email notification at the email you entered during the checkout process.
        Can I cancel my order?
        • We aim to process our orders as soon as possible, so cancelling an order after it has been submitted may not be possible. If you do need to cancel after placing an order, please send us an email at info@adjunctventures.com, and we will make every effort to help get your order cancelled for you. We will process your refund immediately if we are able to cancel your order in time.
        How can I track my order?
        • When your item is dispatched, we will send you an email with your tracking information. You should receive a tracking number and link to a website where you can track your parcel.
        Are there Customs duties and tax charges?
        • All orders may be subject to customs duties and tax charges, depending on the country you are shipping them to. Usually you will be advised by custom of this charge, and your item will not be delivered or be available for collection until the charge has been paid. We are not responsible for any customs related charges.
        What should I do if I received a faulty item?
        • We would be happy to arrange a refund or replacement for you. Please refer to our refund policy section for more detail.
